TEHRAN A German newspaper has published a list of some 180 firms that have refused to sign on to the fund for compensating former Nazi slave laborers and labeled the companies in a headline as "Shirkers." "Who will not pay for Nazi slave and forced laborers? Here is the blacklist," the Die Tageszeitung newspaper said, calling this the "who's who of the shameless."
